The Zambia Association of Musicians (ZAM) has announced the passing of Mrs. Sharai Mulonda Mulenga, the wife of celebrated Zambian musician, songwriter, and producer Richard Mulenga, popularly known as T-Sean.
The news has brought sadness to Zambia’s music fraternity, with ZAM joining family, friends, colleagues, and fans in mourning the loss of Sharai Mulonda Mulenga.
In a statement, ZAM said its executive and entire membership were deeply saddened by the passing of T-Sean’s wife, describing the moment as one of profound grief for the musician and the two families.
The association extended its heartfelt condolences to T-Sean, as well as the Mulonda and Mulenga families and their loved ones, during this difficult period.
ZAM further called on members of the music fraternity, T-Sean’s fans, and the general public to keep the musician and his family in their prayers and offer them words of comfort and encouragement as they navigate the painful loss.
“During this agonizing moment of loss, our hearts, thoughts, and prayers go out to T-Sean, the Mulonda and Mulenga families, and their loved ones,” ZAM said.
The association has also indicated that further details regarding funeral gathering and burial arrangements will be communicated to the public in due course.
T-Sean, one of Zambia’s prominent music figures, has built a strong reputation over the years as a versatile artist, songwriter, producer, and performer. His loss comes at a difficult time, as fans and fellow musicians rally around him and his family with messages of support and condolences.
